We built SeedhaSaath because too much money raised for India's poor never reaches them. Below is exactly how we keep this platform clean.
1. Submission is open
Anyone — the family themselves, a neighbour, an NGO worker — can submit a campaign with a story, a target amount, and supporting documents.
2. Admin verification
Our admin team reviews every submission before it goes live. We check:
- Beneficiary's government ID
- Original document of the need — hospital estimate, fee letter, damage report, FIR
- A direct phone or video call with the beneficiary
Only after these checks does the campaign appear publicly.
3. Public donor ledger
Every donation — donor name, amount and message — is shown publicly on the campaign page. Nothing is hidden.
4. Direct disbursement
Funds are released directly to the verified beneficiary's bank account or to the hospital / institution on their behalf. SeedhaSaath never holds donor money longer than required for processing.
5. Receipts uploaded back
Beneficiaries upload bills, receipts and progress updates back to the campaign so donors can see exactly where the money went.
